Dr. Thuha ("Nora") Vinh graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2007 then did a residency at UCLA in hospital dentistry. She is currently training to receive her MAGD and AACD awards with many hours of additional training. She was given the prestigious Dentist of the Year Award of her university at UNLV in 2016. (Click here for her televised award acceptance speech) Volunteering is very important to Dr. Vinh. She has been to South America, Ethiopia, Mexico, and done many local volunteer trips. She also helps the local homeless people with their dental needs through her church at The Crossing. She is also an official chaplain and often visits patients asking her to pray for them at the hospital bedside. Dr. Vinh's favorite hobbies are gardening and bible study. She is also trained as a classical pianist. She is married to the love of her life Brandon Svihl.
